What is the absolute best way to start passive income? : Frugal
Number 1 way is to invest your money. Make your money do work for you after you work for it.
Number 2 way is something that costs you money anyways–like roommates, or renting a section of your home/land out, or sharing things with friends that would otherwise cost you full price for similar service.
Number 3 is projects of passion–learning skills, or something you know well and enjoy. It won’t feel like work since your value is already beyond income-based. Helping fix small motors for neighbors, chopping wood for the exercise, or figuring out what’s wrong with a vehicle are examples of these.
You can also take up selling an item you bought anyways. If you decided to invest in an embroidery machine for a single project, you can turn that item into a money maker. Putting your tools to work will earn you a little money.
The other thing is make something. Making something means if it sells, cool, but usually if it’s a low start-up cost it’s no biggie if it fails to sell. I see lots of my friends doing side gigs on etsy and ebay and stuff.
