So I’ve been doing alright for the previous two weeks with CICO. I’m consuming extra end result and greens and much less bread, chips, and the like.
I’m getting ready to shark week nowadays, so I had numerous cravings and went on a binge (no longer pleased with, however I’m going to file it and do higher the following day).
