after I got my wisdom teeth out, the flap where I’m assuming they cut into my gums to remove one on the bottom seems to be missing flesh. I’m diligent about saltwater rinses, but have smiled and moved my cheeks/face to dislodge what I THOUGHT was be food. Almost no pain. Will it go away on its own?
