Question about striaght back in deadlifts, and limber 11 : Fitness
I’ve spotted that once deadlifting my pals can get their backs striaght virtually parralel to the bottom and with no need to squat down as a lot.
Whereas for me i’ve to squat down a lot additional and for my back to be striaght i need to be in a a lot more upright place.
Is this to do with my mobility or simply the mechanics of my frame, i feel as im five 10 with brief legs it’s more than likely extra mobility?
