Just had my first tooth filling(two teeth on the right side at the back). Teeth are very sensitive to cold drinks and feel very rough on the surface, kinda chalky/rough surface. Is this normal? : Dentistry

Just had my first tooth filling(two teeth on the right side at the again). Teeth are very sensitive to cold drinks and feel very rough on the floor, kinda chalky/rough floor. Is this standard? : Dentistry

I imagine the sensitivity to cold will pass away in a couple of weeks, in accordance to google. But I’ve to say I in reality can not stand the feeling of my teeth once I contact them with my tongue. Will the filling all the time feel chalky/rough like this, or will it ultimately feel clean like my common teeth?

The reason why I ask is that I’ve all the time had very great/wholesome teeth and my fillings are more or less like preventative upkeep. I am beginning to doubt whether or not the paintings was once important and whether or not or no longer I would like to permit the dentist to do two teeth on the left side of my mouth…
