Hey guys so I’m a 6ft male and hit 240 in school principally from unhealthy conduct with my roommate. I know 240 isn’t large but it surely was once for me as a result of i’ve a lanky small body. After school sitting in a cubical it began to worsen (no longer positive of the load) and I hit my all-time low or no matter you wanna name it when I was once purchasing for 38 waist pants.
How I lost it. Basically chopping energy and hitting the gymnasium a pair days per week. I hate wholesome meals and aerobic so I’ll give a normal day for me. For breakfast I had a espresso and a few water. Around 11:30 I could be ravenous and feature a turkey sandwich with French fries from the paintings cafeteria. I would even have a sweet bar or cookies as dessert. This was once my greatest meal of the day so I ate until I was once complete. After paintings I hit the gymnasium on a regular basis however Friday. I would carry weights for an hour not anything prime depth. I hate cooking so dinner could be a protein or meal alternative shake with some peanut butter. Nothing to devour after dinner if I were given hungry I’d cross to mattress. I was once 180lbs in 6 months.
