I then ate gels every 30 minutes for 2 hours 30 minutes. After 19 hours 48 minutes I took another 10 minutes rest to drink a hot coffee / chocolate and to eat some pasta. During the last 4 hours I ate a piece of chocolate (10 gr) every 30 minutes.”
