I just wanted some outside opinions to ease my mind because every article I read contradicts the other. This might not be any better, but worth a shot.
Been doing 45 minutes of HIIT cycling every day for the last three weeks. Trying to lose a bit of weight before the summer and so I’m on a strict diet as well as a 16:8 fasting schedule. I’m worried that I might be overdoing it, but I really want to get in better shape for the summer and just to have a healthier heart. I’ve lost probably 8-10 pounds? I’m seriously determined to get in good shape, but I also don’t want to kill myself lol. Any suggestions?
